- Drive between different client locations safely and efficiently to provide consistent home care services
- Promote a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents immediately
Skills
- Valid driving license with reliable access to a vehicle for home visits
- Experience working in a care home or domiciliary care setting is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed care plans effectively
- Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with clients, families, and team members
- Proficiency in using IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring attitude and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple visits efficiently while maintaining high standards of care
