An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to head our brand new state of the art private dental practice in Kingsthorpe, Northampton. At David Neal Dental, we pride ourselves on our patient first philosophy along with our approach of happy team happy practice. Our practice has been equipped with the most up-to-date equipment and software. We provide the products, knowledge and skills necessary to offer our patients top quality dentistry tailored specifically to their personal needs and circumstances. We are looking for a manager with strong people management skills, communication skills and the enthusiasm and motivation to drive the practice forward.
What is the job?
As a Practice Manager you will be responsible for driving your practice performance by delivering set objectives relating to revenue targets, KPIs and cost management. You will recruit, retain and directly manage a team of professional self-employed Clinicians plus the employed support staff consisting of Nurses, Receptionists and Cleaners.
A Practice Manager is responsible for audits and financial processes which must be completed to company and regulatory standards along with using social medial to help market the Practice, build a local network and increase patient referrals.
You will receive support from senior management.

What your duties include:
· Managing, leading, and developing all support functions of the practice to ensure a continuous high level of customer care.
· Have excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with colleagues, clinical professionals, patients, and senior management.
· Help with recruitment, provide HR support, and promote wellbeing.
· Attend management and staff meetings.
· Respond to all customer concerns and complaints.
· Assist the Financial Administrator to provide financial management.
· Coordinate maintenance and repair of the premises.
· Oversee Health &Safety of staff and patients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
