MadiganGill are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a major residential restoration project near Marlborough.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a large-scale, long-term project, with an initial duration of 12-18 months and an immediate start available.
As Site Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing the successful delivery of the project, working alongside the wider site team to ensure high standards of quality, safety and progress are maintained throughout.

- £300-£320 per day, depending on experience

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in residential and/or restoration projects.
You'll need:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid First Aid
- Asbestos Awareness & Manual Handling certificates, or willingness to obtain them
- Previous experience working on restoration projects
- Strong site management and organisational skills
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of health & safety
