About Us
Located in the heart of beautiful Bexley Village, Moltons Dental & Aesthetics is a well-established, four-surgery, private-only practice that has cared for the local community for over 60 years.
We completed a full refurbishment in March 2026, and our practice now boasts:

The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position combining clinical and reception duties — ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in every aspect of patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Chairside assistance and patient care
- Infection control and decontamination
- Maintaining equipment and surgery protocols
- Reception duties, including patient communication and administration
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- Contributing to and engaging with the practice's social media presence
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is GDC-registered
- Has a minimum of 3–4 years' experience in a private dental practice
- Has excellent communication skills and builds strong rapport with patients
- Is confident working independently on reception, managing bookings, payments, and enquiries
- Is comfortable with digital systems and experienced with SOE software
- Is confident on camera, enjoys creating content, and is happy contributing to social media
You'll be proactive, well-presented, organised, and confident taking initiative without constant supervision.
Working Hours
We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants:
- Full-time: 4–5 days per week
- Part-time: minimum 3 days per week
Flexible arrangements can be discussed for the right candidate.
