Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily records workflows, document handling, and mail-related administrative processes
- Coordinate records updates, file tracking, document movement, and service requests
- Monitor workflow accuracy, turnaround times, client instructions, and operational reports
- Support team task allocation, quality checks, scheduling, and process improvement
- Communicate with clients, couriers, vendors, internal teams, and service partners
- Prepare workflow summaries, records reports, document logs, and service updates
- Help resolve workflow issues and improve internal communication across departments
- Ensure activities follow company procedures, confidentiality expectations, and service timelines
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in records management, document services, mail operations, office administration, business support, or service delivery
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with client records, document workflows, couriers, vendors, or administrative teams is an advantage

Pay: £42,000.00-£58,000.00 per year
