About the role
Join the NHS Alliance’s Mental Health Network and help support the leaders shaping the future of NHS-funded mental health and learning disability services across England. Shaped by members, the Network helps leaders to exchange ideas, share experiences and challenges, and provide peer support. Working at the heart of a dynamic team, you will play a key role in engaging members, coordinating events and forums, supporting policy projects, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our core activities.
This role is integral to the successful delivery of the Mental Health Network forums, programmes and influencing activities. It requires a proactive, organised approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to build positive working relationships, while supporting cross organisation programmes of work.
As an Engagement & Delivery Officer in the Mental Health Network, you will:
Support engagement with members and stakeholders across the Mental Health Network, including supporting the coordination of meetings, visits and communications.
Help deliver member forums, events and conferences, ensuring a high-quality experience for participants.
Provide project support through research, data collection and the development of briefings and other outputs.
Manage key administrative processes, including supporting the delivery of meetings, maintaining records, processing financial requests and responding to member enquiries.

About you
We would love to hear from you if you:
Have strong administrative and organisational skills, such as coordinating meetings, planning travel, diary coordination and cross organisational administration.
Are an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Have experience supporting stakeholder engagement, events, meetings or forums.
Can effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Are skilled at gathering and organising information to support projects and delivery of activities.
