Job Summary
We’re hiring a Team Lead – Senior ERP Recruitment Consultant to launch and own a new ERP vertical (e.g. SAP, Workday, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Infor). This is a player/coach role for someone who wants the freedom to shape a business unit within a high-performing but values-led company.
You’ll be the founder of your niche, supported by our senior leadership, an experienced BD function, and best-in-class tech stack (Vincere, LinkedIn Recruiter, ABM tooling).
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:-
Build and execute a vertical-specific GTM strategy (sector mapping, ICP targeting, lead nurturing)

Win and grow key accounts across Europe and/or North America

Partner with the internal BD function on account-based campaigns and outreach

Consult with clients on contract, perm, and executive hiring needs
Delivery & Billing:-
Personally deliver senior-level roles across your chosen ERP domain

Engage and nurture a high-quality candidate network using talent mapping, CRM automation, and referrals

Manage full 360 recruitment cycle — sourcing, qualifying, closing
Leadership & Team Build-Out:-
Act as the first hire and eventual practice lead for this vertical

Attract, onboard, and coach future team members as the desk scales

Uphold and reinforce EDR values: energy, resilience, commitment, and ownership
Qualifications
Essential:
-
4+ years of 360 recruitment experience, ideally in ERP, SaaS, enterprise software, or tech

Demonstrable success in contract recruitment

Deep candidate and/or client knowledge in one ERP vertical

Comfortable working independently and building something from the ground up

Energetic, commercially sharp, and resilient — you solve, you push, you lead
Desireable:

Experience managing junior consultants or mentoring others

Exposure to the European ERP market (DACH, Benelux, Nordics, etc.)

Multilingual skills or previous work across EU regions
-
Familiarity with Vincere, ABM, or CRM optimization
