As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience while supporting our sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to encourage purchases.
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone and in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Process transactions accurately using basic maths skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Experience in upselling or sales is advantageous.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish and English, are highly desirable.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during peak periods.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour, ensuring customers feel valued and welcomed.
