What We’re Looking For
- UK-based tutors only: You must have a UK address and bank account.
- A minimum commitment of 4 hours per week (hours will gradually increase as students are assigned to you).
- Teaching in a mix of 1-to-1 and small group lessons (training and support provided where needed).
- Tutors who are proactive, reliable, and passionate about helping students grow in English Language AND Literature.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality online 1-to-1 and group sessions in English.
- Track student progress using our internal systems.
- Assign and review weekly homework using ready-made templates.
- Provide regular updates to parents to build trust and demonstrate results.

Requirements
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Able to teach up to GCSE; A-Level is preferred (teaching both subjects is required)
- Achieved at least a Grade B at A-Level in English Language AND Literature.
- Educated in the UK system or hold a UK exam board qualification.
- Tutoring or teaching experience (preferred but not essential).
Working Hours
- Weekdays: 5:00 PM onwards
- Weekends: 9:00 AM onwards
- Minimum 4 hours/week, with additional hours available as your student base grows (preference given to those that can commit to more)
We match you to parents/students based on your and the clients’ availability, so the more flexible you are, the faster we can match you.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4.0 – 12.0 per week
