Ryjock Flooring are a family run business operating in the construction industry undertaking all types of commercial flooring installations, including student accommodations, care homes, hospitals, schools and new build housing.
We're looking for a confident, hardworking young person who is eager to develop with the business and receive on the job learning. You will be expected to prioritise tasks, solve problems, provide an analytical mindset and gain knowledge of the flooring industry.
The successful applicant will assist our Senior Estimator in securing future work for the business.
Roles Include:
Using excel and Word documents to compile and submit quotations
Using our specialist software to quantify architects drawings
Ensuring technical and commercial criteria have been meet for tenders
Emailing sales reps to obtain project rates
Answering queries regarding tenders
Resolving cost discrepancies by collecting & analysing information. Cross checking
Value engineering
Communicating effectively with the Senior Estimator
Working as part of a team

Pay: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
