Overview:
Join our team as a Waiter, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences from the moment customers arrive until the end of their visit. You will be responsible for providing attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient table service in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.

Duties:
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression
- Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service throughout the guest experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders while confidently answering questions about the menu
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of dishes, ingredients, allergens, preparation methods, and beverage options
- Make informed recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary requirements
- Deliver food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high service standards during busy periods
- Monitor tables attentively and anticipate guest needs throughout their visit
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the kitchen, bar, and front of house teams
- Manage multiple tables and competing priorities efficiently in a high-volume service environment
- Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and requests professionally and promptly
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organised, and well-presented service areas throughout the shift
- Follow food safety, health and safety, and responsible service procedures at all times
- Support the wider team during busy services, events, and peak trading periods
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience:
Previous experience as a Waiter, Server, or within a busy hospitality environment is desirable. Experience working in a high-volume restaurant, pub, events venue, or other fast-paced hospitality setting is an advantage.
