The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your market and play a key role within our growing Leeds team.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing and developing strong client relationships.
- Working with established schools and regular users.
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing education professionals.
- Driving business development and growing your market.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle.
- Maximising the potential of your warm desk.
- Sharing knowledge and supporting the wider team.
- Continuing to develop your skills and progress your career.
We're looking for someone with education recruitment experience, commercial drive and ambition, someone who wants to keep developing and see how far they can take their career.
