We are looking for an experienced, compassionate and enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join our brand-new practice.
This is an exciting opportunity for a vet who wants more than just a job. You’ll have the chance to play a key role in shaping the practice, developing the team and building strong client relationships – with the long-term opportunity to work towards becoming a shareholder in the company.
About the role
- Build lasting relationships with clients and their pets.
- Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnoses, and treatments for a wide variety of animal species.
- Lead surgical procedures with precision, ensuring the highest standards of safety and care.
- Contribute your ideas and experience to the development of the practice.
- Help shape our culture, clinical standards and future direction.
- Work collaboratively as part of a friendly, supportive team.
- Take an active role in helping the practice grow and succeed.
About you
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven veterinary experience with a strong background in clinical practice and surgery.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and support staff.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Takes pride in providing outstanding patient and client care.
- Is approachable, compassionate and team-focused.
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoys being involved in building something from the beginning.
- Is ambitious and interested in working towards future equity/shareholding in the business.
