The Role
We're looking for warm, reliable and down-to-earth Personal Assistants to support adults with additional needs across the Swansea area. This isn't your typical care job — you won't be rushed from house to house with no time to breathe. You'll build a genuine relationship with the person you support and actually get to see the difference you make.
What that looks like day to day will depend on your client, but could include:
- Getting out and about in the community together
- Supporting with daily routines and independence
- Helping with social activities and building confidence
- Being a consistent, friendly and trusted presence in someone's life
What We're Looking For
- A genuinely kind and patient person
- Someone reliable who turns up when they say they will
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- An interest in supporting people with additional needs — whether from personal experience, study or just a desire to help
- A full UK driving licence
