Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture to uphold high cleanliness standards
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Maintain public areas like hallways, lobbies, and restrooms by performing routine cleaning tasks
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department for prompt resolution
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Keep accurate records of rooms serviced and special requests fulfilled to support operational efficiency
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
Requirements
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service principles
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols to ensure safe working conditions
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as required
