Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and driven sales person to join our team in Snetterton.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new local business opportunities, as well as nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing customers. We’re looking for a passionate sales person, keen to meet and exceed annual sales targets, while providing an excellent customer service working largely with, but not limited to, agricultural customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers
- Negotiate costs
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after sales
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and follow-up activities
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors' products and services
- Have the ability to manage daily business routine and drivers
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- IT literate with experience of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
