Responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service and guiding them appropriately
- Manage front desk operations, including answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and handling check-ins/check-outs
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, guest rooms, restrooms, and public spaces through janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas to ensure comfort and convenience
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to ensure a safe environment for all
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, or managing reservations as needed
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation throughout the facility to enhance guest experience
Skills
- Previous hotel experience or hospitality background is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in cleaning and guest service
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests, visitors, and team members
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience in janitorial work or cleaning services enhances your suitability for this role
- Knowledge of basic safety procedures and ability to follow health protocols diligently
