We have an exciting opportunity in our front office team as an Assistant Front Office Manager. You will be part of the Marriott family, serving as first point of contact and ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided.
Main Duties:

Assist the Front Office Manager in administering Front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis.

Assist with the HR duties of the department including recruitment, performance reviews and training.
- Maintain guest satisfaction scores and ensure compliance of brand standard throughout the operations.

Empower hosts to provide excellent customer service and understand expectations.

Ensure the development of supervisors and hosts in order to promote in the future.
What do you need to apply?
We look for enthusiasm, an ability to adapt, excellent customer service skills and flexibility to work all shift patterns. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in the guest services, front desk or related professional area as a supervisor or a manager. It is desirable to have experience within hospitality but not essential. The successful candidate will have excellent decision making and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to multi task.
