Job Description: As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their homes, helping them lead dignified and fulfilled lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal care, including assisting with bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Meal preparation and assistance with eating
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and domestic duties
- Providing companionship and emotional support
