Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times
- Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials before appointments
- Support patients by providing clear instructions and reassurance throughout their visit
- Maintain accurate patient records using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations
- Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of dental instruments and equipment in line with health standards
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient correspondence to facilitate smooth practice operations
- Communicate effectively with patients, team members, and external providers to promote a positive experience
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with patients and team members
