We are looking for caring, trustworthy and enthusiastic staff to join our team as a Senior Night Health Care Assistant!
We are currently looking for a Senior Health Care Assistant on Nights to guide our Junior carers through their shift. Having a Level 2 qualification is essential but Level 3 is preferred.
Senior Carers assist and lead the Health Care Assistants support residents with all aspects of their care. This includes helping residents with washing and dressing, continence care, assisting them with diet and fluids, as well as providing a safe and comfortable environment.
The ability to communicate well with your colleagues and residents is essential as you will be assisting the Registered Nurse to lead the shift effectively.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer sponsorship at present.
We are currently looking for night staff our shift routines are:
19:45-08:00
There are fixed shifts available at present.
Week 1: Friday Night
Week 2: Friday Night
There may be opportunities to pick up additional shifts to cover sickness or annual leave.
Pay rates are dependent on qualification.
HCA NVQ Level 2 - £13.00 per hour
HCA NVQ Level 3 - £13.25 per hour
