Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Salaried General Practitioner (GP) to join our healthcare team for 4 to 6 sessions per week.

Your expertise will support the health and well-being of patients through effective treatment plans, and empathetic communication. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions with precision and care
- Manage medication administration, ensuring safe prescribing practices aligned with current guidelines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans for patients of all ages
- Provide specialized care in areas such as Care Homes, Frailty, Learning disabilities, paediatrics as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and management strategies
- Participate in community health programs and public health initiatives to improve population wellness
Qualifications
- Medical degree with valid GMC license to practice as a GP in the UK
- Experience working in GP Practice is essential
- Familiarity with long term condition management
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality patient care
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and reassure patients effectively
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with medical innovations
What we offer
- 4–6 clinical sessions per week
- £10,000–£11,000 per session per annum (Depending on Experience)
- 6 weeks annual leave plus 1 week study leave (pro rata)

Pay: £40,000.00-£66,000.00 per year
