Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and presentable. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while also providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products safely and effectively.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard within the allocated time frame.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organised supply inventory and request additional supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing concerns promptly.
Skills
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional attitude at all times.
- Ability to drive is preferred for transporting cleaning supplies or travelling between locations as required.
