An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within our busy Accounts Department, based in our modern office at the Silverlink Business Park in Wallsend offering onsite parking.
The Role:
· Process purchase ledger invoices.
· Reconcile supplier statements.
· Liaise with suppliers to answer any payment & invoice queries.
· Completing weekly ledger reviews & assisting with payment runs.
· Provide administrative support for other departments within KP Ltd.
· Preparation of weekly performance figures for senior management.
· General admin duties.
· Answering incoming calls.
The Person:
This is a fast-paced role in a busy department so the ideal candidate should possess the following skills.
· A previous background in accounts, ideally performing similar duties
· Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
· Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
· Ability to manage time well skills and prioritise tasks effectively
· Excellent customer service and communication skills

Salary – £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
