Mobility and Patient Handling Equipment

The Role of workshop engineer
You will be responsible for servicing and repairing a complete range of patient mobility equipment, which will include electrical diagnosis, fault finding and LOLER testing/inspection.
Full extensive product training will be provided along with ongoing support. This is an excellent career opportunity for a skilled engineer to move into the healthcare sector. The role will be planned preventative maintenance and servicing of products, as well as responding to breakdowns. Previous experience on mobility and/or healthcare equipment is preferred, but not essential.
We require someone who can work in the workshop, clearing down priority work that cannot be dealt with in the field .

The Candidate for the Service Engineer
- You MUST be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check
- Previous Mobility equipment experience is preferred
- Strong personal and communication skills required
- Experience in the repair of other electrical or mechanical equipment is essential
- You MUST have a full driving licence with no DD10 or IN10 disqualifications
- You will need to have existing right to work in the UK
