What You Will Do:
- Lead and supervise the team on shift, ensuring consistent service and presentation.
- Organise staffing and workloads to support smooth daily operations.
- Support HR processes and ensure company procedures are followed.
- Manage cash handling, banking, and discount controls.
- Drive sales awareness and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Work with management on marketing and promotional activity.
- Maintain a safe working environment and follow up on maintenance issues.
- Support training and development to build a strong team.
What You Will Need:
- Proven supervisory experience in hospitality, food beverage, or retail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for service excellence.
- The ability to solve problems and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and operational awareness.
- Experience using EPOS systems (preferred).
- A personal licence and knowledge of licensing laws (advantageous).
