Hours – Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5pm with a rotational weekend rota (1 in 4)
£30,830 + an additional £2,000 p.a for weekends
Due to increased business growth an opportunity has arisen for a Call Handler to join our operations team at our FM centre in Bury.
Your Role:
- To plan and route engineers by job prioritisation efficiently.
- Maximising productivity by minimising travel.
- To advise our customers of the estimated time of arrival of the engineer
- To work within our service level agreements
- Answer calls promptly and professionally
The successful candidate:
- Experience in a similar role
- Previous geographical routing experience
- Good communicator, with excellent verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Have the ability to multi task and juggle last minute changes
- Familiarity with call-handling software
- Good level of computer literacy
