The Role
We are looking to recruit a part-time Healthcare Assistant / Phlebotomist to support our expanding fertility services in Nottingham.
Please note the salary will be £18,480 based on a £30,800 Full Time Equivalent salary
Hours: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8am-5pm (24hrs per week)
This role would suit someone with previous experience in private healthcare, fertility, gynaecology outpatients, theatre, recovery, phlebotomy or another healthcare setting. Experience in fertility is advantageous, but not essential, as full support and guidance will be provided.
Previous HCA and Phlebotomy experience is a must

Key duties will include:
- Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey
- Phlebotomy and basic clinical observations
- Chaperoning patients during consultations and procedures
- Assisting with diagnostic procedures
- Supporting clinical and administrative tasks within the clinic
- Helping to maintain a safe, professional and patient-focused environment
- Working closely with the nursing, medical and wider clinic team
Our clinics operate across a 7-day service, with weekend work scheduled on a rota basis, so some flexibility will be required.

About You
We are looking for someone who is caring, organised and professional, with a genuine interest in supporting patients.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a healthcare, fertility, outpatient, theatre, recovery or clinical support setting
- Phlebotomy experience, or willingness to develop this skill
- A caring and empathetic approach to patient care
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- A flexible and reliable approach to working patterns
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and confidentiality
