We're looking for a Surveyor Coordinator to support our surveying team and help make sure residents receive the right support throughout their repairs journey.
You'll be the link between residents, surveyors, contractors and internal teams keeping actions on track, communicating clearly and making sure repairs progress through to completion.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be at the heart of our surveying service, helping keep repairs moving and making sure residents are kept informed every step of the way. Here’s a snapshot:

Manage surveyors’ diaries, inspections, appointments and day-to-day enquiries

Keep residents updated and follow up repairs to make sure actions are completed

Monitor repairs, particularly leaks, damp and mould, and flag issues that need attention

Manage follow-on works, raise orders and keep repair cases moving

Handle customer enquiries, complaints and repair-related correspondence, providing clear and timely responses

Keep systems and records up to date, while supporting customer satisfaction and identifying ways to improve the service

What we’re looking for:

Experience in administration and working in a customer-focused environment

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal confidently and empathetically with residents

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience using databases or CRM systems
-
A practical, problem-solving approach and the ability to work well under pressure
-
A positive, resilient and proactive attitude with a genuine commitment to delivering great customer service
