Command Security Group (CSG) is expanding and we’re looking for confident, reliable Door Supervisors to represent our brand.
About the Role
As a Door Supervisor with CSG, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing entry
- ID checks and queue flow
-Providing a visible, reassuring presence at venue entrances
-Supporting venue teams with customer service and conflict management
-Monitoring behaviour and responding to incidents calmly and professionally
-Ensuring safety and compliance throughout the venue
What We’re Looking For
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
- Strong communication and people skills
- Professional, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Ability to work well within a team
- Experience in nightlife or event security is helpful but not essential
