Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and motivated FREC 4 Medic to join our growing team delivering high-quality medical cover across events, private contracts and night time economy.

Duties
- Provide advanced emergency medical services including patient assessment, vital sign monitoring, and initial treatment interventions.
- Administer medications and injections following established protocols and under medical direction. (If SALM L3 qualification held)
- Perform physical examinations and utilise physiology and anatomy knowledge to determine patient needs.
- Manage airway, breathing, and circulation issues using appropriate care techniques.
- Assist with triage in emergency situations to prioritise patient care effectively.
- Operate emergency vehicles safely, including driving to and from event sites.
- Conduct documentation of patient care reports accurately and promptly using EPCR.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain certification standards and stay current with medical practices.
Requirements
- Valid as a FREC 4 or equivalent certification recognised within the UK healthcare system
- Proven experience in critical care environments or hospital settings is highly desirable
- Demonstrated proficiency in immediate life support (ILS).
- Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and aseptic procedures.
- Ability to perform physical examinations confidently and accurately assess patient conditions.
- Experience in triage procedures and managing emergencies.
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record; ability to operate emergency vehicles safely. (Preffered)
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or moving in demanding environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
