Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one career coaching sessions to assess clients’ skills, interests, and aspirations
- Develop personalized career plans and action steps aligned with clients’ goals and circumstances
- Provide up-to-date information on job markets, training opportunities, and educational pathways
- Support clients in preparing effective resumes, cover letters, and interview techniques
- Facilitate workshops and group sessions on employability skills, CV writing, and interview preparation
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress reports, and action plans
- Collaborate with local employers, training providers, and community organizations to connect clients with opportunities
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
