Lime FMS is currently recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor in the Lancaster area. We're looking for a motivated, reliable individual who takes pride in delivering high standards and leading a successful housekeeping team.
Essential Experience – Please Read Before Applying
To be considered for this role, you must have previous supervisory or management experience working either:
- In a hotel housekeeping department, or
- In a facilities management cleaning role.
This experience is essential for the position.

About the Role
We're looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our busy, high-performing housekeeping team. You'll play a key role in maintaining the highest cleaning standards, supporting and inspiring your room attendants, and ensuring every guest enjoys a clean and welcoming stay.
This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll balance team supervision with quality inspections while providing practical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a team of Room Attendants.
- Carry out daily room and public area inspections to maintain exceptional standards.
- Support the training and development of new team members.
- Assist with daily housekeeping operations as required.
- Work closely with the management team to deliver outstanding guest satisfaction.
