Bryan's Salads is a growing, family-run food manufacturing business based in Tarleton, Lancashire. We supply fresh, high-quality salad and vegetable products to customers across the UK, and we're looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to help keep our production running at its best.
What You'll Be Doing
Carrying out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across the site
Diagnosing faults and minimising production downtime
Supporting continuous improvement projects to improve reliability and efficiency
Maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems (some electrical work may be required)
Working closely with production teams to maximise performance and safety
What We're Looking For
Apprentice-trained or time-served Maintenance Engineer
Ideally qualified to Level 3 (or equivalent)
Strong mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Electrical maintenance experience is an advantage, but not essential
A proactive team player with a positive attitude and a focus on quality
