As a Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food while maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, presentation and service.
- Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality dishes to company standards.
- Assist with menu planning and seasonal specials.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering.
- Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures.
- Help minimise waste and control food costs.
- Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver excellent service.
- Support and encourage junior team members where needed.
- Previous experience working as a Chef or Cook.
- Passion for producing quality food.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
