Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of food as directed by the Chef
- Ensuring the kitchen is clean and tidy at all times
- To provide an excellent food and beverage service with product knowledge and passion for what is being served
- To provide an efficient and effective service to customers, understanding their needs and requirements, working to exceed these wherever possible
- To demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic, committed, and flexible attitude towards customers and other team members
- Take responsibility for hospitality service, ensuring that the service is delivered and maintained in line with company 'best practice’ and current Health & Safety legislation
- Deliver hospitality to meeting and other areas within the building as required

Experience:
- Catering: 1 year (required)
