Health & Safety Trainer – Midlands
PGL Midlands has an exciting new opportunity for a Health & Safety Trainer to support our clients across the Midlands and, occasionally, further afield.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a confident, professional, and reliable trainer who is passionate about delivering high-quality training and supporting learners in the workplace.
What we are looking for:
- A recognised teaching/training qualification is essential.
- A recognised Health & Safety qualification, such as NEBOSH, is required.
- Construction industry experience is highly desirable.
- A confident, professional approach with the ability to engage and support a wide range of learners.
- A willingness and ability to learn new skills and develop additional training expertise.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience delivering, or be capable of delivering, courses such as:
- Abrasive Wheels
- CAT & Genny
- EUSR
- CITB-related training
- Working at Height
- Fire Safety
- Manual Handling
- Other workplace Health & Safety courses
What we offer:
- Salary range: £30,000 – £45,000 per year, depending on experience and current qualifications.
- Company vehicle provided.
- Business mileage and fuel expenses covered for approved working locations (excluding Birmingham-based travel to place of work).
