Are you ready for a new challenge? We are looking for an experienced pharmacist to join our friendly paediatric pharmacy team at St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington.
What you’ll do:
Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care for children and young people with haemoglobinopathies and bone marrow failure syndromes as part of our stem cell transplantation programme.
Help manage medicines governance and support cost-effective prescribing.
Provide training and teaching for pharmacists and the wider team.
Support risk management, audit and quality improvement.
Support new drug applications.
Provide clinical and specialist support to the outpatient pharmacy partnership.
Deputise for the Senior Lead Pharmacist and other Leads, when needed.
Who we’re looking for:
Solid foundation experience with hospital paediatric pharmacy.
Specialist experience in stem cell transplantation (training can be supported)
Systemic anti-cancer treatment (SACT) or cytotoxic accreditation in paediatrics.
