Key Details:
Hours: 7.5 hours/ week - 8am-9:30am Monday to Friday
Pay: £12.71/hr
Location: We’re located in the centre of Wimbledon, just 5 mins away from the main train station
Main responsibility: To assist the staff with breakfast hour and help to provide a stimulating home from home environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support your colleagues in the morning hours of 8-9:30am
- Uphold our quality of care within the nursery to ensure that all children are nurtured in a positive environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures and undertake a shared responsibility for cleanliness, health and safety throughout the nursery.
- Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by your room leader.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience working with children is ideal
- Strong team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Willingness to support colleagues
- Demonstrates strong initiative and ability to think on their feet
- Strong communication skills in English are essential for interacting with children and parents.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a calm demeanour.
- A genuine drive to support children's learning and development through engaging activities.
- A commitment to creating an inclusive environment that respects diversity.
