About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised Delivery Scheduler / Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate the movement of specialist medical equipment across the UK.
You will play a key role in ensuring efficient routing, excellent customer communication, and smooth delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule deliveries, installations, and collections
- Coordinate routes to maximise efficiency
- Liaise with customers to confirm and manage bookings
- Work closely with drivers and internal teams
- Monitor delivery progress and respond to issues
- Maintain accurate scheduling records
About You
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in logistics or coordination (preferred)
- Confident using IT systems
- Physically fit (heavy lifting may be required)
