(Annual pay is split equally across 12 months – you will be paid during school holidays)

This is a hands-on, highly rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will support children with autism and complex needs—helping them build confidence, develop essential life skills, and achieve meaningful progress in a supportive, structured, and nurturing environment.
This role can be physically and emotionally demanding. Some pupils may display behaviours of concern, and you will need to respond with calmness, consistency, and empathy.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
This role requires an Enhanced DBS check, including a barred list check.
