We are currently recruiting for a Counter / Yard Assistant - Apprentice to join our team at our Gosport Depot.
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties to include serving customers, completing transactions through the point of sale system, ensuring that stock areas are kept replenished and assisting with the loading of vehicles.
During this 13 month apprenticeship you will learn all areas of our business including yard operations, counter sales, telephone sales etc
Applicants must have good customer service skills and work well as part of a team.
The successful applicant will also undertake a Level 2 - Trade Supplier qualification whilst undertaking their normal duties.
You will also have the opportunity to undertake other training including product knowledge training and forklift training.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday from 07.00am to 17.00pm with a one hour break for lunch and Friday from 07.00am to 16.00pm with a one hour break for lunch .
