We’re looking for a Senior Sales Associate who brings presence and consistency. Someone who delivers strong results, supports teammates, and helps set the standard on the shop floor, while staying hands on and customer first.
What you’ll do
- Lead by example: deliver standout service, strong sales behaviours and confident product storytelling, every day.
- Support performance: contribute to sales growth through add-ons, closing with purpose, and helping the store achieve its targets.
- Be a go-to on the floor: support less experienced colleagues, share best practice, and help maintain pace and standards during busy periods.
- Bring the Oakley brand to life: champion product launches, campaigns and key stories with confidence and clarity.
- Stay composed under pressure: remain calm, professional and solution focused when it’s fast paced or challenging.
- Support the leadership team: assist Assistant Managers and Store Managers by reinforcing standards, priorities and ways of working.
- Build product expertise: stay current through Oakley training and use it to elevate the customer experience.
- Create an inclusive experience: treat everyone with respect and help foster a welcoming, high energy team environment.
