Join Banco Blanco from the very beginning.
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Head Chef to help launch Banco Blanco – a brand-new independent coffee shop and café in the heart of Pontefract.
This isn’t just another Head Chef role. We’re looking for someone who wants to build something from the ground up and leave their mark on a new business.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Create and develop your own menus.
- Take full control of food ordering and supplier relationships.
- Help design and choose the layout and equipment for your kitchen.
- Lead the food offering with complete creative freedom.
- Be a key part of growing an exciting new independent business.
We’re after someone who:
- Has previous chef experience (Head Chef or Sous Chef ready to step up).
- Is passionate about fresh, high-quality food.
- Enjoys creating seasonal and exciting menus.
- Is organised, reliable and takes pride in their work.
- Wants to be part of a close-knit team from day one.
