Hours: Part-time (flexible, with potential to increase)
Pay: £13–£16 per hour (depending on experience) + potential performance bonuses
About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, friendly and motivated individual to join our growing team in a cold calling and lead generation role.
You’ll be contacting businesses by phone, introducing our client’s services, building rapport, and identifying potential opportunities. This is not a hard sales role—we’re looking for someone who enjoys speaking to people and can confidently start conversations.
After an initial training period working from our Broadstairs office, there will be the opportunity to work from home.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective businesses.
- Introduce our client’s services professionally and confidently.
- Build rapport and identify potential leads.
- Record call outcomes accurately.
- Book appointments or pass qualified leads to the client.
- Follow up previous conversations where appropriate.
- Meet agreed call and lead generation targets.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Is confident speaking on the phone.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Is friendly, resilient and self-motivated.
- Can work independently and manage their own time.
- Has good computer skills.
- Previous sales, customer service or cold calling experience is desirable but not essential.
