Are you a compassionate and reliable Support Worker looking for flexible, full-time work that actually makes a difference? We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our growing team, supporting multiple large residential care homes across Bridgend.
The Role
- Pay: £12.71 – £25 per hour (depending on shift & experience)
- Location: Bridgend & surrounding areas
- Shifts: 7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7am, Days, nights, weekends
- Type: Ad-hoc, ongoing, and block bookings
- Start: Immediate

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting residents with day-to-day care
- Helping with personal care, meals, and routines
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
- Building proper relationships with the people you support
- Following care plans and keeping records up to date
- Keeping everything safe and in line with safeguarding
Job Requirements:
- At least 6 months of UK-based care or support work experience
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
- Up-to-date mandatory training (or willingness to complete)
