About the Role
As a Project Order Specialist, you will coordinate customer project orders from initial handover through to final delivery. Working closely with the sales, logistics and factory teams, you will ensure orders are accurately processed, tracked and communicated, helping to deliver a seamless experience for our customers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a team-driven environment and thrives on organisation, communication and problem-solving.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Processing customer project orders, ensuring all contractual requirements are accurately captured
· Managing orders from start to finish, including tracking and updates
· Supporting logistics to ensure shipments are released, tracked, and delivered on time
· Acting as a key point of contact for customer and internal order enquiries
· Working closely with sales, project, and factory teams
· Supporting customer review meetings and attending site visits where required
· Identifying issues, resolving problems, and contributing to process improvements
· Maintaining accurate order, shipment, and documentation data
· Ensuring compliance with order processing procedures and standards
· Producing accurate data for reporting purposes

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
