- Compensation: £31,000 Basic + Performance-Based Bonus

Schedule: Full-Time, Permanent (Mon–Fri + Occasional Saturdays)

Serving as the primary bridge between our clients and the workshop team, your core duties will cover:
- Welcoming clients, handling front-desk operations, and managing incoming phone and email inquiries.

Scheduling appointments for vehicle servicing, MOT tests, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs.

Creating accurate job cards, cost estimates, and final invoices while coordinating with workshop technicians.

Providing regular progress updates to customers and seamlessly handling payment transactions.
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Executive, or Automotive Receptionist is strongly preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and confidence with workshop management software/IT systems.

Background in the motor trade is advantageous, though strong transferable customer-service talent will be considered.
