We are looking for a reliable and multi-skilled maintenance operative to join our small, friendly team.
The role will involve carrying out a variety of remedial, guarantee and general maintenance works, as well as kitchen rip-outs and assisting with other work on site as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out remedial and maintenance works to a high standard.
- Complete guarantee and snagging works.
- Carry out kitchen rip-outs and associated works.
- Assist other trades and colleagues on site when required.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Work professionally and respectfully in customers' homes and on building sites.
- Be flexible and willing to undertake other types of work as required.

We are looking for someone who is:
- Multi-skilled and practical, with good general building/maintenance experience.
- Reliable, hardworking and willing to get stuck in.
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Flexible and willing to take on different tasks and responsibilities.
- Customer-focused and takes pride in their workmanship.
- Able to work to a high standard and meet deadlines.
- Experienced in maintenance, remedial or general building work (preferred).
