We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our friendly and growing consultancy, supporting a diverse portfolio of 16 clients across a range of industries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys recruitment, HR administration, while developing their HR knowledge within a supportive team.
Duties:
Recruitment:
- Advertising vacancies and managing job postings
- Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Supporting the recruitment process from application through to offer and onboarding
- Carrying out pre-employment checks, including references, Right to Work checks and DBS applications
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and candidate information
HR Administration:
- Preparing employment contracts, offer letters and a variety of HR correspondence
- Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records using HR systems
- Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assisting with exit interviews and associated documentation
- Organising meetings, maintaining filing systems and providing general administrative support
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as an HR Administrator, or in a similar administrative role
- Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Excellent Microsoft Office 365 skills, particularly Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
